Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Coldstart Harbor Corporation ("we", "us") handles information in the Slow Look app for iPhone (the "App"). The short version: we do not collect, store or sell any personal information.

Information we do not collect

• We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or any account details. The App has no sign-in.
• We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We do not collect your location, contacts, photos or any other content on your device.

Information stored on your device

Your favourites and settings (such as light or dark mode) are stored only on your device. We cannot see them. Deleting the App deletes this information.

Loading paintings

To show each day's painting, the App downloads images and text over the internet. As with any internet request, the server that delivers this content may briefly receive technical information such as your IP address and device type in order to send the content back to you. We do not use this information to identify you, and we do not combine it with any other data.

Photos

If you choose to save a painting to your Photos library, the App asks for your permission first and only adds that image. It does not read or access your existing photos.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Because we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data held by us to access, correct or delete. If you live in California, the European Union, the United Kingdom or another region with privacy rights, you may still contact us with any request or question and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above. If a future version of the App collects any information, we will update this policy before that version is released.
